No Refunds Policy

At The Why’s Owl, operated under OWL Logic LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality transformational experiences through our courses, services, and coaching offerings. Due to the nature of our programs—which include proprietary intellectual property, digital access, and personalized sessions—all sales are final and non-refundable.
1. Digital Courses and Online Content
All purchases made for digital courses, online workshops, downloadable materials, and self-paced content are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once access has been granted, it cannot be reversed, and the value delivered remains accessible to the purchaser for the duration of the access period.
2. Coaching and Healing Sessions
All bookings for 1:1 coaching, therapy, healing sessions, or spiritual guidance are non-refundable. By reserving a session, the client acknowledges the energetic and time investment made in advance by the facilitator. Rescheduling may be permitted with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Missed or last-minute cancellations are deemed forfeited.
3. Group Programs and Live Trainings
Payments made towards live trainings, group programs, and certification courses are non-refundable. These programs are limited-capacity offerings that involve preparatory resources, live interactions, and access to protected intellectual property. No part of the fee shall be refunded once enrollment is confirmed.
4. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused sessions, incomplete courses, or early withdrawals. All purchases are considered final regardless of participation level.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or errors in billing. All such requests must be submitted in writing to support@thewhysowl.com within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of the error. Requests outside this scope will not be entertained.
6. Agreement to Terms
By making a purchase on our website or enrolling in any of our offerings, you expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy. This policy applies to all current and future offerings by The Why’s Owl, including under its brand, courses, and affiliated facilitators.
